PROJECT EXECUTION PHASE

A VALUABLE PHASE OF A PROJECT, FREQUENTLY UNDERVALUED, IS THE FOURTH AND LAST PHASE IN THE PROJECT LIFE CYCLE: THE PROJECT CLOSURE PHASE.

PROJECT REVIEW
PROJECT REVIEW

A project review is one of the most valuable steps of the project closure process. This is a time to review the successes, failures, and challenges of the project and identify opportunities for improvement going forward.

Cetlla plays a pro-active role in performing a Heavy Lift Heavy Haul project review, together with the project management team. These individual answers will help paint a more comprehensive picture of the project’s performance.

During this review Cetlla concentrates on the following key areas:

  • Safety, Health, and Environment

  • Scheduling

  • Budget

With the project performance and feedback in mind, the team can then identify lessons learned and opportunities for the future.

DOCUMENTATION FOR FUTURE USE
DELIVERY OF FINAL DOCUMENTATION FOR FUTURE USE

Project Closure involves handing over all the deliverables in a well-organized manner. Cetlla gathers all the final Heavy Lift Heavy Haul execution documentation and organizes this documentation per Equipment ID. A standard Heavy Lift Project Closure package includes:

  • Vendor AFC equipment drawings

  • Heavy Lift Heavy Haul AFC drawings

  • Site specific documentation

  • Plot Plans and Civil Drawings

  • Routing and obstructions

  • Risk mitigation matrix

  • Project execution schedule

  • Heavy Lift Heavy Haul cost overview

  • Lessons Learned
